Important: How does a same-day edit work?

The same-day edit is a team effort. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask for:

• Music: Please send us about three songs you would like to be used in the video.
• Workspace: Please inform the venue that we will need a table and a chair to set up the laptop and start editing as soon as we arrive.
• Projection: We bring our own projector, but it’s important to request a screen from the venue or the DJ for the projection. If the venue has its own projector, we can use it to simplify things.
• Sound: The projection area must allow the projector to be connected to the DJ’s sound system so the video’s audio can be heard clearly.
